The board of directors of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) has elected Philip Kopf, P.E., Atlanta, president; Michael F. Sugrue, Dayton, Ohio, vice president; and reelected Robert E. Truitt, Los Angeles, secretary/treasurer. C. David Moses, Hazelwood, Mo., becomes past president.

Newly elected to the board of directors by the association members were Sugrue and Shawn Hickey, Nepean, Canada. Kopf was reelected.

Philip is a licensed structural engineer in Georgia and many other states.  Philip currently oversees all structural design and is president of The Kopf Consulting Group, Atlanta. The Kopf Consulting Group specializes in design/build construction, working closely with contractors to achieve overall building economy and ease of construction. Philip was the lead design engineer for tilt-up at the Spiegel/Bauer Distribution Center in Groveport, Ohio, the largest tilt-up building constructed under one contract. He graduated from the University of Kansas.
